Ornate sustainable design structures (cont)

This is a design concept for a PV panel installation as part of a larger project on sustainability which can be found within this blog. These trees are connected to the street grid to allow for larger amounts of energy to be collected. I will later come back and fulfil this concept as I thought these pieces could become quite ornate pieces of art within the gardens

Florence Music Institute


 
A project based upon a derelict grade 2 listed building within Liverpool, The Florence institute, located in the Dingle district. The project was to find a new purpose for the building, while keeping to grade 2 regulations. This project was one of 3 final year project in which i received a 90% mark. The brief indicated one large room to be created within the building, I chose to design the whole building to accommodate my design a music hub for the community. Since this project was completed The Florence building has now been redeveloped. Below is an example of a design page from my portfolio explaining how one room can change function:

Sustainable Research Proposal

This research project was research into tackling the growing concern in sustainability within design, and how this can be implemented, I undertook this as a design proposal for an area of within Liverpool, England, and how changed to the community can benefit the areas sustainability through use of techniques influenced by co-housing and different housing projects in the UK.

Update!

Been quite busy the last couple of months, completeing work, job hunting and helping with my brothers wedding, I was best man obviously! I will be back updating the site soon, with plenty more of my work  from my portfolio and what ive been working on recently, thanks for your time!
